Credit Specialist – Second Level Support

We’re looking for a highly skilled Credit Specialist to provide second-level support and act as a subject matter expert within our Credit Collections team. You’ll play a critical role in resolving complex issues, improving processes, and managing relationships across the business and offshore teams.

A bit about the role:

• Provide expert-level support to the offshore credit collections team
• Handle complex or sensitive credit issues and escalations
• Identify and drive process improvements across credit workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both local and offshore
• Maintain strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Contribute to change and project initiatives across the function

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience  in credit collections
• Trouble shooting skills
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems with sound judgment
• Comfortable working across cultures and adapting quickly to change
• Strong organisational and time management skills
