Job Description
As a Counter Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:
Contributing to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed
Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required
Train and support new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes
Qualifications
Positive can-do attitude
Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes
Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail will see your success in this role
Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal, but not essential)
