The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This role offers flexibility with working days and hours, making it ideal for someone seeking a balanced and supportive work environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.
Key Responsibilities
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to queries
Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
Accurate data entry and coding of invoices
Maintaining supplier records and documentation
Assisting with month-end accounts payable tasks
Supporting the broader finance team when required
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills when liaising with suppliers and internal teams
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
A proactive and team-oriented attitude
