The Opportunity: Payroll Officer

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Payroll Officer to join our friendly and supportive payroll team. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent service to employees, this role has your name on it!

Based at our modern head office in Dandenong, you’ll enjoy free on-site parking, convenient public transport options and easy freeway access.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working within a small, collaborative team, you’ll help deliver end-to-end payroll services for up to 1,800 employees across multiple sites. Your role will include:

• Processing weekly payroll for a large, diverse workforce
• Maintaining accurate employee records and data
• Responding to payroll queries with clarity and care
• Preparing month-end reports and reconciliations
• Managing STP, superannuation, WorkCover and government PPL
• Partnering closely with the business on payroll-related matters

This is a true hands-on, end-to-end payroll role with plenty of variety and opportunities to develop your skills.
