PAYROLL, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Permanent Part-time

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Between 25-30 hours per week, $36-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

We are very flexible with how you would like to work these hours. Would be ideal

for a school Mum who would like to work between school drop off and pick up each

day, or someone that wants to work 4 days.

Working in an office alongside 1 other staff member & directly with the owner.

Very important to be able to interchange each others roles, so must be flexible and able to work closely in a 2 person office.

Experience in MYOB would be preferred

This role really has a little bit of everything....

PAYROLL

· Payroll for approx 20 employees, processed weekly for 2 Companies

· Maintain accurate employee pay and personal information records

· Superannuation processing

· Payroll Tax and PAYG

(Minimum 1-2 years of payroll processing experience is preferred)

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE

· Processing supplier invoices in a timely manner, apply payments to supplier invoices

· Matching delivery dockets to invoices

· Preparation of EFT payment runs, staff reimbursements, petty cash

· Intercompany transactions

· Maintaining supplier master data files

· Handling accounts payable queries in a timely and professional manner

· Raising Customer Quotes/ Invoices

· Processing Customer payments and allocating

. Reconciling bank statements and corporate credit card transactions

(Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience preferred)
