Our client is a well-established Boutique Accounting Practice based in Hawthorn. Opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join the growing team of dedicated and highly skilled accountants and graduates.

We are seeking a career focused and dynamic Business Services Accountant ACA to join the team. This highly successful firm continues to grow and offers a supportive culture and the benefits of dealing with High-Net-Worth clients and direct partner contact. The firm offers a full range of accounting services, and the role will involve client facing communication.

Your Responsibilities:
• Preparation of individual, partnership, trust and company tax returns and financial statements.
• BAS preparation
• Knowledge in tax structures and tax planning
• Recognize opportunities to go above and beyond by assisting clients to grow their business
• Confident communication and key point of contact for the client
• Mentoring of Junior Accountants

Who We are Looking For?
• Degree Qualifications in Accounting obtained in Australia
• CA qualified.
• Minimum 3 years' experience gained ideally in an Australian based big four or second tier practice.
• Experience using Cloud based accounting packages XERO is preferable
• Clear concise communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of the team and the desire to mentor others
• Strong work Ethics
• Dynamic and energetic character
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Must hold Chartered Accountants ANZ (CA ANZ) qualification

• Competitive salary ranging from $100k to $120k plus Super
