• Previous experience more than 5 years in Warehouse Environment as a Warehouse Specialist.

• High attention to detail

• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a Team.

About the Role

You will be responsible to coordinates activities of workers concerned with the Warehousing and Transport such as Quarantine / Customs matters, delivery scheduling and time slotting, order receiving, storage, inventory issuing, shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, Forklifts and attachments, and parts. This position requires a person who thrives under pressure can think on their feet and maintain professionalism at all times a mature minded person with previous experience in a warehouse and logistics role:

• Implement and follow Organization’s Occupational Health and Safety standards

• Coordinate with the Transport Department to ensure empty containers are de-hired before the free time expires, ensuring penalties for late de-hire of containers are not incurred.

• Order processing in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS), Freight Tracker Application.

• Reasonable extended hours will be required to fulfil the daily duties
