We now have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team.

About the Role

You will:

  • Manage high-volume invoice processing and emails in accordance with our internal policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless workflow.

  • Confirm all necessary approvals are obtained prior to processing payments, upholding financial integrity.

  • Address inquiries from internal teams and external partners via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.

  • Ensure precise and timely compliance with company directives, schedules, and policies to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Maintain and update the supplier master file, including onboarding new suppliers as required.

  • Provide insights by estimating cash outflows for our weekly cash flow forecasts.

About You

  • You are energetic, detail-oriented and have a high focus on end delivery and results.

  • You are analytical, systematic and succeed in a fast-paced environment.  

  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or a related field.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills.

  • The ability to read Mandarin (advantageous).
