We Are Looking For The Below Skillset And Experience Performing Accounts Payable functions for trade and sundry creditors (including overseas suppliers), ensuring that only authorised invoices are paid.Perform the required checks and upload stock and freight invoices for paymentThese functions include sourcing invoice approval, coding of invoices, managing due dates to ensure no late payment fees, liaising with suppliers, and managing EFT payment runs.Monitor Accounts mailbox and corresponding with internal and external stakeholdersProcess Team Expense ReimbursementReconciliation of supplier accounts as requiredMonth end duties include:Assisting with queries from the wider finance team for responsible countries and assisting with other territories where requiredReviewing Aged Creditors listing and providing feedback on overdue amountsAssisting with Audit queriesBusiness process improvement – being a champion for changeProviding support and cover for Finance Team, as required To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have Bachelor of Commerce/Business or other related discipline (or studying towards)2+ Years Accounts Payable experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment dealing with multiple currenciesExcel – Intermediate levelHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsWindows and other Microsoft office ProductsExperience in the use of finance systems (Oracle would be advantageous)Retail accounting experience desirable Our Benefits And Perks Enjoy these perks when you join Lovisa!
