We are recruiting for a Payroll Analyst based in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in high-volume environments and is passionate about accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement and is either ready to take a step up from a senior payroll position and focus outside of BAU processing or is already coming from a payroll analyst or compliance position.

You'll be stepping into a collaborative team environment to ensure every staff member is paid accurately and in accordance with award and legislative requirements.

The role:

• Interpret complex awards and EBAs
  
• Reconciliation and reporting for Single Touch Payroll and backpay adjustments
  
• High levels of data analysis and use of Excel and reporting tools
  
• Support BAU team with introduction of new procedures to remain compliant
  
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement legislative changes
  
• Payroll reporting
  
• Remediations as required
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Solid end to end payroll experience coming from a Senior Payroll/Analyst/Compliance position
  
• Payroll compliance or remediation experience also desirable
  
• SAP or SuccessFactors EC ECP experience required
  
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  
• Proven experience in interpreting multiple awards and EBAs
  
• Excellent communication skills
