Step into a fast-moving global mobility team as a Mobility Specialist to join our Corporate Services team, supporting relocations across Australia and the world!

You’ll be the steady hand behind complex moves, coordinating relocation journeys, guiding clients through change, solving problems in real time, and building trusted relationships that make every transition seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end domestic and international relocations

  • Supporting relocating employees through every stage of their move

  • Building strong relationships with clients and service partners

  • Managing reporting, invoicing and mobility administration

  • Ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience

The Right Fit

  • Experience in relocation, mobility or assignment management with strong customer service and relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence, engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office skills
