About the role:

We're looking for a highly motivated automotive technical specialist to provide technical support, project management and marketing support within the automotive conversions team, based in Mulgrave.

In this dynamic full-time position, you'll report to the Head of Programs and support the Senior Manager to contribute to the delivery of locally developed automotive conversion projects.

Please note, this is a fixed term 6-month contract position.

Key result areas:

Marketing support

· Conduct market research, analysis, and reporting of industry data and contribute insights to drive product positioning and growth

Technical support

· Support with future forecasts, planning, development, and tracking of automotive conversion projects

· Collaborate with the procurement team and other stakeholders on project deliverables

Project Costing Support

· Support the development and management of vehicle volume build plans

· Commercial support and financial tracking and reporting of projects

· Contribute to new product proposals and lifecycle planning

Project Management

· Support project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication

· Prepare and track proposals, reports, and presentations

· Provide support and a key channel of communication between internal stakeholders and external partners

· Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow through on actions

Quality & Compliance

· Maintain accurate documentation aligned with ISO 9001 requirements

· Support internal audits and ensure compliance with quality systems

What we're looking for:

Skills & Experience:

· Degree in automotive engineering or a related discipline

· At least 2 years of automotive engineering project management exposure

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Experience in an automotive marketing environment (highly regarded)

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

· Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
