Join our dynamic Service Management Team to support and mature our Managed Services ITSM capability, delivering quality outcomes to our new and existing customer base.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the coordination and management of ITSM processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, service request management, and other relevant processes.

  • Develop process workflows, procedures, and work instructions to support the implementation and execution of ITSM processes.

  • Responsible for providing operational reporting and metrics for service level reporting

  • Collaborate with teams to integrate ITSM processes with existing tools and systems

  • Support process deployment to new clients, with an in-depth understanding of contractual support requirements

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the processes.

Skill / Experience

  • Roles in IT Service Management – ITIL Change and Release, Configuration, Knowledge, Incident / Major Incident Manger and Problem Manager

  • Looking for ownership and management of some of these processes, with understanding of all

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and tools to improve delivery and efficiencies

  • Service Delivery and Service Transition

  • ServiceNow experience is a must – any education/training in ServiceNow would be desirable

  • Technical background, good understanding of all facets of IT – Cloud, Windows, Network, Storage, Security, Applications

  • ITIL V4

Essential Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
