Join our dynamic Service Management Team to support and mature our Managed Services ITSM capability, delivering quality outcomes to our new and existing customer base.
In this role you will:
Lead the coordination and management of ITSM processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, service request management, and other relevant processes.
Develop process workflows, procedures, and work instructions to support the implementation and execution of ITSM processes.
Responsible for providing operational reporting and metrics for service level reporting
Collaborate with teams to integrate ITSM processes with existing tools and systems
Support process deployment to new clients, with an in-depth understanding of contractual support requirements
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the processes.
Skill / Experience
Roles in IT Service Management – ITIL Change and Release, Configuration, Knowledge, Incident / Major Incident Manger and Problem Manager
Looking for ownership and management of some of these processes, with understanding of all
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and tools to improve delivery and efficiencies
Service Delivery and Service Transition
ServiceNow experience is a must – any education/training in ServiceNow would be desirable
Technical background, good understanding of all facets of IT – Cloud, Windows, Network, Storage, Security, Applications
ITIL V4
Essential Requirements:
Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
