About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Payable Officer who approaches their work with integrity, accuracy and initiative.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering accounts payable processes and financial controls, ensuring invoices are accurately coded, processed, verified and reconciled in a timely and efficient manner. You will play an important role in supporting the College’s financial operations, compliance requirements and audit obligations.

The successful applicant will bring demonstrated experience in accounts payable or a similar finance administration role, strong proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established team, and to make a meaningful contribution to the effective financial stewardship of the College through establishing professional relationships through timely and respectful communication.

This is a permanent, full-time appointment.

  • demonstrated experience in accounts payable processing

  • proven ability to use financial systems and windows-based applications

  • highly developed understanding of contemporary accounts payable practices and obligations
