Payroll Officer

We are seeking a highly organised payroll administrator to support the end-to-end processing of the College’s payroll and to provide professional and responsive support to staff. Working collaboratively within the Finance team, this person will support compliance with all legislative, taxation, superannuation and industrial obligations and play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy, audit and reporting requirements.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills, and proficiency in using payroll systems and the Microsoft Office suite. The successful applicant will be a proactive problem-solver who actively seeks opportunities to enhance payroll processes, improve efficiencies and demonstrates great communication.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.

This is a permanent, fulltime position which can begin immediately.
