Based at H-ACE Avalon and Victoria Barracks Melbourne, the Rework Specialist plays a critical role within a multidisciplinary team, leading the coordination and management of rework and remediation activities across the program.

- Coordinating with QA, Configuration, and Engineering to enable timely approvals.
- Ensuring all rework activities remain supplier-funded (parts, labour, freight, and administration).
- Identifying and escalating risks that may impact delivery schedules, IIS sequencing, or readiness.
- Providing regular status updates and forecasts to QA, Engineering, and IIS leadership.
- Capturing lessons learned and driving improvements in rework, acceptance, and supplier practices.
