Key tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Verify and reconcile monthly sales data across company‑owned and franchise restaurants
  • Assist with cost control and analysis, including utilities, rent, cost of goods (COGS), and cost of employment (COE)
  • Support cash flow management, including preparation of cash flow reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist with inventory purchasing oversight and expense tracking
  • Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Review and analyse franchise financial reports on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of assets and liabilities
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and reporting standards
Skills & Experience required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months’ accounting experience (hospitality or multi‑site business preferred)
  • Understanding of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (Xero experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (preferred due to business needs)
