• Joining Bunnings as a Trade Specialist, you'll bring your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to provide the best experience to our trade customers.

You'll have the chance to develop skills in relationship building, *

• high-volume inventory management and logistics**, while playing a crucial role in *

• your warehouse's commercial growth**.

You'll handle a diverse client portfolio, including residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more. Those with prior account management and sales experience are heavily encouraged to apply. This is a full-time role and flexibility to work weekends and weekdays is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.74 per hour for this role.

• You’ll need: Previous experience in a customer service and administrative based role is desirable
• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs
• To be detail oriented with a professional approach
• Confidence to reach out to, connect with, and communicate with customers
• Genuine interest in trade products and an eagerness to learn more about products and services
• To act with integrity, be safe and do your best*
