Areal Property is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Specialist to join the team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants real career progression into Property Management/Sales/BDM and is ready to take ownership of their growth.

About the role

This position is primarily focused on leasing inspections and supporting the rental team. You will:

• Be hands-on with leasing activity

• Work closely with our Property Management team

• Gain structured training and mentoring

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting OFI, routine, entry and exit inspections

• Assisting with leasing enquiries

• Attending team meetings as required

• Availability to work 3 days a week, including Saturdays.

You will play an important part in keeping our rental portfolio moving and ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.

About you

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

• Reliable car and driver’s license (essential)

• Well presented with strong communication skills

• Organised with good time management

• Willing to learn and grow within the industry

• Previous leasing or property experience preferred but not essential
