We have a unique and rewarding opportunity at our head office based in Laverton North for an experienced Payroll and Accounts person to join our Finance team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive and attuned with confidentiality, attention to detail and meeting payment and end of month timelines.

Reporting to the CFO your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Payroll

  • Management and processing of weekly and monthly payroll for up to 110 employees including seasonal casuals using Etivity and ADP Software

  • Management and maintenance of the HRIS and payroll interface and global HR database

  • Administration and payment of payroll tax, superannuation etc.

  • Reconciliation of payroll to General Ledger and GL entries

  • Local and global monthly reporting

  • Maintain Payroll & HR Files

  • Workcover payments Administration

Backup/Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

  • Process and allocate approved invoices

  • Perform month end tasks

  • Process vendor payment runs

  • Daily Bank Reconciliation

  • Customer payment allocation

  • Adhoc receivables tasks

The successful applicant ideally is an experienced Payroll person and Accounts and who has strong excel, SAP, ADP and Etivity skills. You need to be a quick learner and be able to hit the ground running.

An immediate start is desirable.
