Key responsibilities;
Payroll
- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll (~160 employees across a 24/7 rostered workforce)
- Review and reconcile timesheets, roster interfaces and payroll variances
- Maintain employee records, contracts, salary packaging and entitlements
- Ensure compliance across EBAs, legislation, super, reporting and year-end
HR Administration
- Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
- Monitor compliance (police checks, registrations, working rights)
- Support managers with probation, reviews and employee queries
- Maintain HR data, reporting, policies and documentation
About you
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a complex, rostered environment
- Strong knowledge of Awards, EBAs and compliance
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
- Solutions-focused with a mindset for continuous improvement
- Strong systems and Excel capability
- Experience across both payroll and HR administration
