Looking for a part-time role where you can take ownership of both payroll and HR, in an environment where your work genuinely makes an impact?
Join a well-established, independent Not-for-Profit based in Bayside location, and work alongside a supportive, hands-on leadership team.

Key responsibilities;
Payroll

  • End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll (~160 employees across a 24/7 rostered workforce)
  • Review and reconcile timesheets, roster interfaces and payroll variances
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, salary packaging and entitlements
  • Ensure compliance across EBAs, legislation, super, reporting and year-end
HR Administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
  • Monitor compliance (police checks, registrations, working rights)
  • Support managers with probation, reviews and employee queries
  • Maintain HR data, reporting, policies and documentation
About you
  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a complex, rostered environment
  • Strong knowledge of Awards, EBAs and compliance
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Solutions-focused with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Strong systems and Excel capability
  • Experience across both payroll and HR administration
