We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to manage bookings, we want someone who can own, grow and transform an entire revenue stream.

What you'll be doing

You'll become the accommodation expert for our Destination Weddings team, helping couples secure accommodation for their guests while building strong relationships with hotels and resorts across our destinations.

You'll:

• Contact every newly booked couple and guide them through accommodation options

• Negotiate room blocks and group rates with hotels and resorts

• Build relationships with accommodation partners across Fiji, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam and other destinations

• Create a seamless booking experience for wedding guests

• Identify opportunities to increase accommodation revenue and conversion rates

• Analyse what's working, what isn't, and continually improve the process

• Work closely with our planners, sales team and suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences

This role is perfect for someone who...

• Grow accommodation revenue significantly

• Increase accommodation bookings across our destination wedding couples

• Build stronger hotel partnerships and negotiate better guest offers

• Improve systems and processes that make booking easier for couples and guests

• Create a best-in-class accommodation experience that generates rave reviews
