An immediate, full time permanent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Accounts Officer to work with a successful and market leading Automotive business based 100% at their Western suburbs office. With a strong stable of brands, the company’s continued growth has been attributed by delivering to its growing client base, superior levels of customer service.

The Role

Joining a small, close-knit and vibrant Admin & Finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will perform a varied and diverse role where no 2 days are the same! Potential for permanency is on offer for the right candidate and full training/mentoring is provided. Primary duties will comprise of:

• AP/AR
• Data Entry
• Cash Banking
• G/L recs
• Invoice processing
• Receipting
• Bank and account reconciliation
• Managing credit queries
• Other ad hoc tasks

About You

Ideally you will have experience working as an Accounts/Finance Officer from a small, medium business with 1 + years’ experience you will be looking to take that next step in your career to get into a larger company with brands which are a household name.
