As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will perform routine accounting duties within the Accounts Payable function to meet priorities and achieve deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other finance systems as assigned

  • Handling accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors

  • Processing Travel & Expense (T&E) claims, including reviewing supporting documentation and liaising with the commercial team and other departments

  • Responding to vendor queries and internal requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing vendors

  • Maintaining and organising the company filing system

  • Ensuring invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time, in line with departmental procedures

  • Investigating and resolving issues related to invoice processing

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (essential)

  • Experience:

    • Previous relevant experience in Accounts Payable

    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Good communication and organisational skills
