The Group is searching for a CA/CPA newly qualified accountant that wants to get involved in the operations of a medium sized wine company employing about 180 employees.

You will need to be either CA or CPA qualified, with a high level of financial reporting experience, but most importantly, to be a high performer in this role, we would expect that you would generally be:

• Regarded as a quiet achiever, you voice your views but only when they will add value to the conversation

• Someone who does not like being micro-managed, you like to report to a manager that is trusting

• Quick to understand complex data and can explain it to others with lower understanding

• A machine with numbers, you can spot an error in a spreadsheet from 50 paces

• Courageous enough to speak out when you passionately believe that an alternate view should be explored

• A team player that enjoys collaborating
