Payroll and HR Specialist
Working with a small organisation in Laverton we are looking for a candidate to take on a Payroll and HR Specialist role. This role is a mix of both Payroll and HR and the Payroll is partially outsourced using Employment Hero. This role would suit someone who has end to end payroll experience but is equally excited about supporting in HR and working in this space. The role will entail several projects along the way from both HR and payroll perspective so we are looking for someone who is able to take ownership of these tasks, come up with ideas and collaborate with the wider team.
The role:
- Ensuring all timesheets are approved
- Uploading bank file
- Payroll Tax
- Terminations and redundancy calculations
- Onboarding and welcome packs for new starters
- Recruitment screening
- Supporting the HR Director with ad-hoc HR related tasks from a generalist perspective
The successful candidate:
- Will have at least 3-4 years end to end payroll experience
- Have Employment Hero experience (required)
- Have worked in a role which has some HR duties and has an interest in this space
- Will be able to take ownership of projects and tasks
The finer details:
- Salary up to $120,000 + super
- One day working from home after the probation period
- Parking onsite
