For Purpose Aged Care is a Not-for-Profit organisation that is rapidly expanding.

As a result, we are looking for a new Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Manage resident billing endtoend,  maintain accurate accounts, update fees, and deliver monthly billing with 100% accuracy
  • Process invoicing and refunds,  issue ad hoc invoices and complete RAD repayments within legislative timeframes
  • Maintain strong cash flow,  collect and allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and keep a clean debtors ledger
  • Resolve account issues, monitor overdue payments, investigate discrepancies, and respond to billing queries
  • Keep records up to date,  maintain accurate documentation for admissions, discharges, and account changes

About You:

Experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a passion for accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement, with:

  • Demonstrated AR experience, ideally within aged care, healthcare or another regulated environment

  • Solid understanding of endtoend AR processes, billing cycles and compliance requirements

  • Comfortable working in a highvolume environment with competing deadlines

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies

  • Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proven ability to streamline workflows and maintain strong internal controls

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence

  • Experience using financial systems and AR reporting tools
