Your impact

In this senior role, you’ll lead payroll operations with confidence and accuracy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You’ll:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes across a complex workforce
• Interpret and apply enterprise agreements and modern awards
• Provide expert advice on payroll, compliance, and legislation
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll systems and processes
• Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in a Senior Payroll or similar role
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with iChris payroll system
• Demonstrated experience interpreting enterprise agreements and modern awards, particularly SCHADS Award will be highly regarded
• Exposure to the social, community, or disability sector (highly desirable)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

You’ll also need:

• National Police Check
