As a lean and ambitious team, we value people who are hands-on, adaptable, and excited to grow with the business.

The Role

This is a true all-rounder finance role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business. You’ll own day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, and help shape financial processes as the company scales. • Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow reports.

  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple cost centres

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare and lodge BAS, GST, PAYG, and payroll tax.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and ATO requirements.

  • Liaise with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors

Manufacturing & Inventory

  • Oversee inventory accounting, stock movements, and valuations.

  • Track manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, and overheads

  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to improve cost and stock controls.

Systems & Process Building

  • Own and improve accounting systems (Xero or similar)

  • Set up scalable finance processes suitable for a growing manufacturing business.

  • Support system integrations with inventory, payroll, or ERP platforms
