With a portfolio of trusted brands and a strong growth agenda, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Purchase & Supply Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys procurement, planning and working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities and supply planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time and at the right cost. You will work closely with suppliers, Sales, Operations and Finance teams to support business growth and maintain high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing

- Manage domestic and international purchasing of finished goods and packaging materials.

- Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.

- Coordinate overseas orders, production schedules and shipment timelines.

- Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms with suppliers.

- Support import and freight coordination activities.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and procurement improvements.

Supply Planning

- Develop replenishment plans based on forecasts and demand requirements.

- Ensure stock availability across multiple warehouses and 3PL facilities.

- Monitor inventory risks including stock shortages and excess stock.

- Support monthly forecasting and S&OP processes.

- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Costing Analysis

- Prepare and maintain landed cost models for imported products.

- Analyse product margins and support pricing reviews.

- Monitor changes in freight, packaging and raw material costs.

- Provide costing support for sourcing and new product initiatives.

About You

You will bring:

- 3–5 years' experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Planning.

- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or importing industries.

- Strong analytical and Excel skills.

- Sound understanding of domestic and international procurement processes.

- Excellent communication and supplier management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience

- Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.

- Exposure to demand and supply planning tools such as Netstock or similar systems.

- Knowledge of import, shipping and international freight processes.

- Experience working with 3PL warehouses and multi-site inventory environments.
