Receptionist & Accounts Administration Support
Full-Time | Notting Hill | Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist & Accounts Administration Support person to join our team. This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception duties with accounts payable and general administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Accounts Payable Duties
- Process supplier invoices using Ancora / M-Files and reconcile supplier statements
- Create, check and finalise payment runs
- Liaise with internal staff and suppliers to resolve account queries
- Maintain and update the vendor master file
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Direct web orders to relevant branches
- Provide general administrative support as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional and positive attitude

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
