We are an Australian owned wholesaler/ manufacturer based in Scoresby.

We are looking for a mature person to fill a part time role that supports the senior management with their daily activities as well as completing HR admin tasks.

We anticipate the role to be the equivalent of 3 days work but can be spread over more days if required.

We are flexible on the days and start and finish times to suit family requirements.

The basics of the role are split into two functions:

  • Supporting the MD and FC with diary management, meeting note, tender responses and general admin

  • HR admin support such as doing contracts, updating policies, doing one on one meetings and dealing with HR enquiries

The role requires someone with excellent organisational skills, high level admin capability and ideally some exposure to HR admin. We have access to external HR so there will be support for you to learn the role and develop further skills.

You need to be able to communicate with people from the shop floor to admin and senior management.

There is no work from home in this role. Work is required in the office to interact with all facets of the business face to face.
