Chocamama Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to manage and coordinate the daily administrative and operational functions of the business.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, supporting staff, and maintaining effective administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and oversee daily office administration and operations

  • Supervise and support administrative and clerical staff

  • Develop and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures

  • Manage records, budgets, accounts, and office-related financial documentation

  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers

  • Oversee office facilities and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff performance processes

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

About You

  • Qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Diploma or higher)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration or office management

  • Experience supervising staff and managing office operations

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

  • Ability to manage budgets and financial records
