Chocamama Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to manage and coordinate the daily administrative and operational functions of the business.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, supporting staff, and maintaining effective administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and oversee daily office administration and operations
Supervise and support administrative and clerical staff
Develop and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures
Manage records, budgets, accounts, and office-related financial documentation
Coordinate procurement of office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers
Oversee office facilities and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff performance processes
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About You
Qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Diploma or higher)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration or office management
Experience supervising staff and managing office operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Ability to manage budgets and financial records
