The Opportunity:
As our National Administration Manager, you will provide the highest level of administration services and operational support to clubs, including the management of our Contact Centre and its team of consultants. Ensure that all company processes and policies are being adhered to. Assist in simplifying Genesis club operations to enable the provision of the highest levels of service and achieve efficient club operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Genesis clubs processes and procedures are well defined, current, updated and documented in the Operations Manual
Provide training and support to the Genesis clubs and Operations management to ensure efficient execution of Genesis policies and procedures
Develop and oversee the operations of the Genesis Administration Contact Centre in line with Genesis Clubs objectives
Provide training and support to clubs and Operations Team on MS Dynamics and associated programs (Customer Voice, Maintenance, Customer Service)
Reduce administration errors by auditing that sales, administration and member records are recorded as per Genesis Operational Manual and, where required, providing support and/or training for rectification
Reduce administration errors by auditing that accurate point of sale and accurate reconciliation/banking processes are being followed as per Genesis’ Operational Manual and, where required, providing support and/or training for rectification
Manage key relationships with debiting and debt collection companies
Compile accurate business reports as required
Deliver great service and quality to customers
Learn about and adhere to all company policies
Follow the law and all reasonable company instructions and directives
Perform other duties as required by the company
Business performance/ Maximise business growth and results
Deliver consistent operating standards
Identify and address performance gaps in operating standards
Make appropriate decisions in-line with business standards

About you:
Demonstrable high level organisational skill and administration capabilities
Acute attention to detail
Experience as a Club Operations Manager / Member Care Manager
High level of computer literacy (Clubware, Debit Success and Active World knowledge and MS Dynamics)
Strong interpersonal skills
Fantastic leader and coach

Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
