Our well-established accounting firm in Rowville is looking for a motivated entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional office environment. In this role, you’ll become the office all-rounder, supporting the team across a variety of administrative and reception tasks while learning how an accounting practice operates.

About the RoleAs the office all-rounder, you will assist with a range of administrative tasks, including:
Collating financial statements and tax returns
Preparing and sending client correspondence via portal, email, or post
Following up clients for outstanding information or documents
Supporting the client onboarding process
Performing general administrative and ad-hoc office tasks
Providing administrative support to management and the team
A great communicator with strong customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Xero, NowInfinity or ASIC is advantageous but not essential
