At MultiSkills Training, we provide a wide range of training and workforce development services to industry and individuals primarily in the Civil Construction Industry, High-Risk Work (HRW) licensing, and the Building and Construction Industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration & Student Support Officer to join a thriving, fast-paced team environment where no two days are the same!

In this role, you will oversee and assist with the daily administration and customer service activities, supporting students throughout their journey and ensuring the business runs efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and handle phone enquiries in a warm, professional manner.

  • Manage student enquiries, enrolments, and data entry across multiple systems (CRM, SMS, LMS).

  • Conduct student enrolments via face-to-face meetings or teleconferences.

  • Build strong, customer-focused relationships with students and clients.

  • Provide support to Teachers, Tutors, Instructors, and Administration staff.

  • Assist in course bookings, client scheduling, and payment processing.

  • Engage with customers, clients, and other key stakeholders.

  • Support business development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with ASQA and Department of Education requirements.

  • Conduct Pre-Training Reviews and assist with compliance and eligibility checks.

  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

  • Maintain accurate student records and support funding claims by uploading and monitoring SVTS documentation.

  • Keep work procedures up to date and ensure best practices are followed.

Student Support Duties Include:

  • Assist students needing additional support, including LLN requirements and Individual Support Plans.

  • Respond to student enquiries, concerns, and complaints empathetically and professionally.

  • Coordinate and track student support services, ensuring the best outcomes for all learners.

  • Make day-to-day decisions relating to student support and liaise with relevant services when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or education support roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (desirable).

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
