About the role

Fair Dinkum Caravans Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals at caravan shows while also actively selling caravans at our dealership. You will play a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets and driving the continued growth of our caravan sales business.

This is a full-time position based at our Epping, Victoria dealership, offering the opportunity to work with a passionate team in one of Australia’s most exciting lifestyle industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Manage and oversee sales performance at caravan shows and within the dealership.

• Actively sell caravans at the dealership and assist customers throughout the sales process.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support.

• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Work closely with senior management to plan promotional events and caravan shows.

• Track sales data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

About You

• Proven experience in a sales leadership or sales management role.

• Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on in sales.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

• Experience in the automotive, caravan, RV, or retail sales industry is highly desirable.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel and work at weekend caravan shows when required.
