Hot Topic & Zak are an established supplier of choice to the Australian and NZ grocery, pharmacy and DDS market. We specialise in a wide range of products, in a number of different categories in both a licensed and non-licensed format.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and personal attributes:

  • Committed and hard working with a willingness to learn

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate / Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills

  • Ability to prioritise and work to a tight timeline

  • Understands sales and budget commitments

Role Responsibilities:

  • General Sales Administration

  • Completion of product submissions to customers via an online portal

  • Assisting with presentation formatting

  • Liaising with internal Product Team members

  • Packaging and sending samples

  • Running and updating sales reports in Excel

We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn and grow from the ground up! An individual that has had experience in a similar role is favourable but not required.
