We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team and support our ongoing growth and operations.
About the Role:
The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate project documentation, and assist with compliance and legal matters. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and control documents for multiple projects
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and suppliers
- Support legal and compliance documentation processes
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficiency in office processes
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining project records in accordance with company standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar Office Manager role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Multilingual skills (especially fluent in Persian) are highly desirable
- Basic legal and administrative knowledge related to construction and business law
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in office management or administration
- Legal or law-related background is an advantage but not mandatory
- Advantage if you hold an Architectural Qualification (Diploma)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
