We are a specialist consultancy in the Lift & Escalator industry, and we're currently seeking a highly capable full-time Administrator to join our team in Cremorne, Victoria. This role is essential to keeping our office running efficiently and supporting our consultants with high-quality administrative assistance.
Applicants must be Australian citizens only.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls
General administrative office duties including data entry, general clerical duties, managing emails, filing, etc.
Assisting other team members with day-to-day administration support
Stationary control and handling
To be successful in this role you must be:
Completed Year 12 or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Reliable and motivated team player
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic Office Experience / Certificate in Administration will be preferable
Confident with computers and learning new programs
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
