At Shelter Real Estate we believe great service starts the moment someone walks through the door (or calls the office). We’re looking for a Client Services & Office Administrator who loves people, thrives on organisation and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is a mix of client experience superstar and office organiser extraordinaire. You’ll be the friendly face at reception, the voice on the phone, and the person making sure our clients feel looked after from the moment they meet us through to settlement day.
You’ll also help keep the office humming - managing meeting rooms, coordinating supplies, and making sure the team has everything they need to do their best work.
What the role looks like
No two days are exactly the same, but you’ll be:
Welcoming clients and creating a great first impression
Managing phones and the general office inbox
Coordinating client gifts, auction flowers and settlement celebrations
Helping guide the post-sale process to ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers
Keeping the office organised, stocked and running efficiently
Supporting the team with general admin and day-to-day office needs
