Administration Assistant – Part-Time

Yakult is a global leader in probiotics, manufacturing and marketing the unique fermented milk drink ‘Yakult’. Sales have grown substantially in Australia since 1994. We operate in all states of Australia, with our head office and state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Victoria, Australia.
About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Finance and Administration Team. This role will assist with administration functions within the Department.
Working hours
We are looking for someone who can accommodate 25 hours per week. The ideal hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
General administrative and reception duties
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Assist with Payroll when required
Invoicing and balancing sales reports
General ledger maintenance
Data entry and reporting
To be successful, you will need:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to learn quickly and navigate new systems and proceses
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Aptitude for working with computers
Training will be provided for the successful candidate, but a background in Administration and Finance would be beneficial.
