Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Assistant at our Carrum Downs Campus from experienced and innovative candidates with a strong commitment to Christian education. This role would suit a highly organised individual with well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills, strong office administration experience, and the ability to use initiative. This is a part‑time permanent position, with working days on Wednesdays, Friday mornings, and one additional flexible day.

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our Secondary School at Carrum Downs Campus, assisting in daily office duties, sub-school events, secondary student administrative support and administrative support to the Head of Secondary. The Administrative Assistant will also provide an effective and welcoming reception to members of the Flinders community with a key focus on customer service. General administration and financial duties per operational requirements are key components of this position.

The role requires a high level of student-focused support. The successful applicant will especially love to be around children and demonstrate empathy and love with Christian values.

Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located in Carrum Downs, Tyabb and Mt Martha offering education from Kinder to Year 12.
