The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant to step into a Centre Management environment supporting a busy retail shopping centre. This role has a strong focus on accounts payable, invoicing, purchase orders, and financial administration, alongside general administrative support.

Experience within shopping centres or commercial property will be highly regarded, however strong accounts payable and finance administration experience is essential.

You’ll join a supportive and high-performing team while gaining exposure across retail property operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing accounts payable invoices and raising purchase orders
  • Supporting monthly rent roll processes and assisting with data entry and reporting
  • Managing tenant communications relating to Certificates of Currency (COC) and Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
  • Managing reception duties including contractor sign-in and maintaining key registers
  • Coordinating mail distribution, couriers, and general office administration
  • Assisting with casual mall leasing, charity bookings, and preparing/distributing tenant communications and correspondence

About You:
  • Strong experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and administration
  • Experience in shopping centres, retail property, or commercial property highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
