The Opportunity
ZIMMERMANN is seeking Client Advisor's to join our Chadstone teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail on the shop floor.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a refined retail environment, and values building meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients. In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.
Key Responsibilities
As Client Advisor your responsibilities will include:
Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience in line with ZIMMERMANN brand standards
Support sales performance and day‑to‑day boutique operations
Collaborate closely with the boutique/concession team to achieve shared goals
Maintain exceptional visual standards and presentation on the shop floor
Contribute to a positive, professional, and high‑performing retail environment
