About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Autech Control Group Pty Ltd in Keysborough, VIC. This part-time role will provide essential administrative support to our dynamic organisation, contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

  2. Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  3. Preparing and processing a variety of documents, such as reports, quotations, and invoices

  4. Inventory management and order processin

  5. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor

  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various administrative software

  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

  6. A flexible and adaptable approach to support the changing needs of the business
