The key duties of the position include:

We are seeking motivated IT Contracts Officers to join our IT Commercial Services team within our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.

As an IT Contracts Officer, you will work collaboratively with your team to undertake a range of contract management activities. This includes assisting with competitive market approaches, contract variations and renewals relating to external professional services and infrastructure, while maintaining the integrity of our IT contract processes and transactions.

Applying your knowledge and technical expertise, you will conduct the quality assurance of IT contract documents for governance frameworks, financial transactions, journals and purchase orders, ensuring business outcomes are met.

These positions will be located within one of the following streams:

  • IT Services stream - undertake the procurement and contract management activities for IT Professional Services, Software and Infrastructure.
  • Contract and Vendor Management stream - manages the commercial aspects of contracts and relationships with our major service providers.
  • Technology Sustainment Management stream - responsible for managing all aspects of IT commercial finance functions including, planning, budgeting, reporting and internal assurance of IT Infrastructure and Software procurement initiatives.
