Support an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in an established suburban law firm dedicated to delivering practical, client-focused services.

About The Role

An opportunity exists with a well-established suburban law firm. Supporting an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, you will provide high-level PA and administrative support across a busy caseload, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Duties

  • Draft and lodge court documents and supporting correspondence

  • Prepare client onboarding letters and required cost disclosures

  • Coordinate diaries and arrange meetings and appointments

  • Manage electronic filing systems and matter organisation

  • Support billing processes, time entry, and basic accounts functions

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team

  • Handle incoming calls and triage client and stakeholder queries

  • Track client payments and assist with debtor management follow-up

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Family Law (highly desirable)

  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities confidently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with high attention to detail and accuracy
