About The Role
An opportunity exists with a well-established suburban law firm. Supporting an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, you will provide high-level PA and administrative support across a busy caseload, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Duties
Draft and lodge court documents and supporting correspondence
Prepare client onboarding letters and required cost disclosures
Coordinate diaries and arrange meetings and appointments
Manage electronic filing systems and matter organisation
Support billing processes, time entry, and basic accounts functions
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team
Handle incoming calls and triage client and stakeholder queries
Track client payments and assist with debtor management follow-up
Skills & Experience
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Family Law (highly desirable)
Able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities confidently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with high attention to detail and accuracy
