The Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Administration Team Leader and supporting the Technical Support team, you will assist with the management and delivery of maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring current processes and workflows are kept updated
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager and Contract Managers
- Maintaining an accredited list of subcontractors
- Gathering information from subcontractors and suppliers
- Assisting in coordinating contract management requirements, including labour requirements for quoted work, timelines for subcontractors, parts delivery etc
- Assisting with the mobilisation and administration of new and existing contracts
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports
About YOU:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator or a comparable administrative position
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and ERP systems (Great Plains experience highly regarded)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- You are self motivated team player, have a "can do" attitude and very high attention to detail
- Previous experience within the building services industry will be highly favourable, but not essential
