We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Officer to join our team full-time. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end client invoicing cycle and supporting financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices, summarising and documenting payable amounts.

  • Resolve customer queries promptly, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Management of credit and query registers while providing management with valuable insights.

  • Maintain and monitor rate structures for customers and suppliers, addressing any pricing anomalies or updates as directed by management.

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient and effective financial and administrative processes.

  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
